Ronik International Nursery and Primary School was established on October 1, 1989, by a dedicated team of pioneering staff. The founding members included Mr. C. A. Alabi as the Chairman, Mrs. R. O. Alabi as the Managing Director (then referred to as the Proprietress), Mrs. A. U. Okonmah as the Principal, Mr. S. Adebayo as the Secretary, and Mr. L. Aboderin as the Driver. In the three months leading up to the first school session, significant pre-operational arrangements were made. These included the completion of the school buildings, equipping the playground, registering the school, advertising, and staff recruitment. These meticulous preparations set the stage for a successful launch. The school officially opened on January 8, 1990, at its present site, starting with 70 pupils on the first day. By the end of the week, the number of pupils had grown to 100. The school began on a strong foundation, with a commitment to maintaining high standards from the outset. The first session concluded with 160 pupils, thanks to the dedicated performance of the staff and the active involvement of the Directors.

The beginning of the second session saw a remarkable increase in enrollment, with the student population tripling. On December 24, 1991, the Lagos State Ministry of Education officially approved Ronik International Nursery and Primary School to offer Nursery and Primary Education. Since its inception, the school has experienced tremendous growth in both the number of pupils and staff. There has been a consistent emphasis on improving the quality and standards of education provided. Ronik International Schools continue to nurture disciplined and responsible future leaders, with a vision to expand its services across the nation by establishing annexes in suitable locations.
